Hello my name is Sheldon and I am HP  customer executive. To fix error of HP printer offline turn off your printer and  unplug all the wires and remove the  cartridges. Clean the cartridge and printer head with a refresher. Wait for 5 minutes after cleaning and then plug in all the wires, and set the cartridge again. Now turn on your printer. Your HP printer offline error is fixed now.
